Mouse PV Catheter (1.1F, 4E, 3.0mm, 4.5cm, PI, Non Repairable)
This PV catheter's length (3.5 cm), diameter (1.1F), and electrode spacing (3.0 mm) are optimal for ventricular volume measurement in smaller mice, and for right ventricle measurements.
For standard-sized animals, the Mouse PV Catheter (1.1F, 4E, 4.5 mm, 3.5 cm, PI, Non Repairable) is recommended.
Compatible with Millar MPVS Ultra Units.
Mouse PV Catheter (1.1F, 4E, 3.5mm, 4.5cm, PI, Non Repairable)
This PV catheter's length (3.5 cm) and electrode spacing (3.5 mm) are optimized for ventricular volume measurement in smaller mice (< 25 g), and for right ventricle measurements. The smaller diameter (1.1F) of the catheter minimizes obstruction of blood flow in the vessel and allows improved surgical access to the right ventricle and pulmonary arteries.
For standard-sized animals, the Mouse PV Catheter (1.1F, 4E, 4.5 mm, 3.5 cm, PI, Non Repairable) is recommended.

The 1.1F diameter of the catheter material minimizes the obstruction of blood flow in the vessel and allows for improved surgical access, which enables the use of smaller, younger mice for earlier detection of disease or treatment.

This Polyimide Mikro-Tip pressure-volume catheter for normal/large mice has a 3.5 cm effective length with a pressure sensor (1.4F) and four electrodes (electrode spacing 4.5 mm). The pressure sensor is centered between E2 & E3. Catheter body is 0.8F. Compatible with Millar MPVS Ultra Units. The SPR-839 is reusable and can be repaired.
